It was asked why gtk+ coundn't use UI Automation or MSAA on Windows, to
have an accessible GUI. I'll assume having UI Automation in w32api
headers would help.

It refers to a Windows SDK EULA imposing restrictions, but current
w32api headers exist anyway.
My question is, if w32api headers have gotten as far as they have, using
current legal means, why can't they simply add UI Automation too?
