We do not have an ECCN number. Although I don't believe that gobject-introspection uses encryption directly, it can be used to load encryption libraries in client code, and there are no restrictions on the purpose it could be used for. I make no guarantees as to the accuracy of this information. We unfortunately cannot provide any legally binding details, other than what you can find yourself by inspecting the source code.
