Thanks for the continued quality development of this project; you all rock!

Just writing to let you know that compiling the latest source code gives me the following error on FreeBSD 4.7.
utf8.c:301 implicit declaration of gm_snprintf

I did a quick fix by adding an include for common.h, as this is what the rest of the code looked like.

If you want any of the configure information, I'd be happy to provide it, but I think it's just a simple matter of fixing the includes for this file. (Does it happen on Linux, too?)
