Important: bandwidth configured for leaf nodes is now given to HTTP when
you are not in ultrapeer mode, instead of Gnet. I will probably change
this later to take it out from HTTP instead when going ultrapeer (i.e. I
will invert the logic).

The dmesh cleanup patch from Alex was integrated, and is enabled by default.
I fixed some parts of it, but had no chance to test it. The only thing
is that it compiles. If I broke something, it'll get fixed tomorrow.
Meanwhile, you can set your fuzzy_filter_dmesh property to FALSE in the
config file and his code should no longer be exercised.

 * Abort download if handed out an URL that is too large (probably garbage).
 * Integrated fuzzy dmesh filtering for non-N2R entries [From Alex Bennee].
 * Shortened the string displayed for queued download entries.
 * New properties "pfsp_server", "pfsp_first_chunk" for PFSP (unused for now).
 * New property "fuzzy_filter_dmesh" to toggle fuzzy dmesh filtering.
 * Give unused reserved bandwidth for leaf nodes to HTTP traffic.
