Features in the update:
- Control the frequency of property-change update callbacks. This is
currently applied to the host-catcher props and the ul/dl byte
counters.
- Print the values of most properties on the remote-shell interface
using the new PRINT command

* event.[ch]: Added as a replacement for listener.h. For now it's used
only in the property system. The bonus over listener.h: control of
callback frequency on a per-listener base.
* Added seperate property to control debug level of the property
system.
* props.tpl: Upgraded to use event.[ch], regenerated property sources.
* prop.[ch]:
- Upgraded to use event.[ch]
- Added prop_get_by_name(): look up a property by name.
- Added prop_to_string(): converting a property to string
represenentation, doesn't work for all property types yet.
* settings_gui.c: Upgraded property_map to make use of the new
frequency control feature of prop.[ch]
* shell.c:
- No longer show auth cookie in debug output
- New command: "PRINT [property]" to display current value of a
property
