Because it clears only SUCCESSFUL entries, leaving errors and problems.
Most of the time you will not care, but sometimes you will want to fix
a condition on your end and resume an aborted download.

If you want to clear all ERRORs automatically and leave SUCCESSFUL entries,
then we need another settings.  Because I want the first, and you want
the second...
