Quoting Carl Erhorn <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> from ml.softs.gtk-gnutella.devel:
:I've been experiencing constant stalling on upload
:requests. It does not seem to matter what client is
:used, although I have not seen this behavior with GTKG
:0.93.2 clients. They seem to work fine, but Bearshare,
:Limewire, and other clients seem to hit the problem.

I've seen it happen with ALL servents, GTKG included. I have no
explaination for it, and I don't think that it's GTKG's fault, since
uploading code basically has been unchanged for a long time.

The only thing that changed is the extra code I added to work-around the
stalling problems...

A possible explaination could be traffic policing by ISPs, that would
throttle the Gnutella uploads down in their routers.
