I propose the following process: All current developers are in the jury. Someone has to collect all the logos in competition and put them on our website somewhere. Then each developer casts his vote for the 5 best logos, where the first one listed gets 5 points, the second 4, etc.. and the last one 1. Then we count points, and the 5 logos with more points get picked for the final round. In case there are tights, current project admins (Richard, Jeroen and myself) agree together to select. Then the 5 retained logos are proposed on the -devel list and everyone can vote for the best logo they prefer. The one logo with more votes gets picked. And the winner gets... fame?
