The text below twisted my brain. How to draw a logomark without the mark itself?
Whatever Gnutella ?
Something Gnutella ?
GTKGing (GTK-Gnutella is not for GTK) ?
My sugestion is to vote for a new name first, then the logo, banner, splash, etc.
Just a question: is it mandatory to maintain the current logo? (I like it, but this detail is important to people who will try new designs).

|The name "gtk-gnutella" will probably change at some point. We currently
|only support Gtk1 and Gtk2 frontends, so the name fits. But we want to
|add e.g. a web frontend and we think about renaming gtk-gnutella to
|something else then. This will probably not happen for at least a year,
|but it may be something you should keep at the back of your mind. The
|notion the banner/splash screen should convey is that of the "gnutella"
|network and probably of file sharing, as that is what gtk-gnutella can
|do.
