I had a similar problem. It was not as distinct as yours, so I didn't post it 
here, but It seemed to me that sometimes some searches are ignored over a 
longer time (several times the reissue interval), at least for some of my 
ultrapeer connections, even if I set up only two or three different searches. 
I did't see this when I just started gtkg, but when a new connection to an 
ultrapeer was made (I am always a leaf node).

Although it seemed to work for me when I let it run for several hours, I think 
that you are probably not the only one who had problems with the reissuing of 
searches and/or the whole search queue thingy.
