Horizon size messages were introduced to GTKG at that time and so they
had a GUID from the beginning. There should not be "unexpected message
type" messages caused by this, because horizon size messages are sent
only if the peer node announced support of the HSE protocol at
handshake time.

I suppose the HSEP information still needs to be displayed in the GUI?
