Hi,

while looking around at b.d.o I've found two bugs on my favour program gtk-gnutella http://bugs.debian.org/gtk-gnutella and you have written that you want to fix some of these.

can easy be fixed by adding gettext (>= 0.10.40-5) to the depend list (as already meantioned)
For gtkg devel: It would be nice to add this to debian/control (attached)

A modified copyright file that should fit the policy needs is attached

I'm not so far in devel to understand what Erich Schubert means with the whole NMU stuff so I think that will be your job but I help this may help to fix a part of these bugs.
