I should also mention that I removed the goto-esque "more settings"
buttons from the downloads tab and the uploads tab.  These would kick
the user from the tab they were in into one of the config tabs-that-
aren't-exactly-tabs. 

This is particularily problematic as on most screens, when the Config
node in the navigation pane is expanded, you can't see the regular
"GnutellaNet" "Downloads" "Uploads", etc. entries, only the entries that
are underneath "Config", but you can't always see that you are actually
in the expanded Config node.  So, for example, a user will try to get
back to "Downloads" but it will seem like they are stuck in the
configuration stuff because they don't realize they are under the Config
node as they have the same name.  

Furthermore, they got warped here from somewhere else... they didn't
expand the config node and scroll down themselves.  Or in UI talk, the
method of UI navigation isn't consistent.

Anyway, these buttons don't make sense with the menu bar access, so I
removed them.
