Quoting alex <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> from ml.softs.gtk-gnutella.devel: :04/09/28 00:48:39 (MESSAGE): [PARQ UL] We no longer share this file: :SHA1=L5U...... : :I noticed a ton of these when I rebooted GTKG this evening. However the :the file in question is still available, its just no longer downloading :(and therefor participating in swarm) and in the downloaded directory, :which is shared. : :Is this a known problem?
Yes, it is a known problem. It's because the file was partially shared whilst it was downloaded, but GTKG does not automatically share completed files. Which means requests for the file stop when the file is fully done. We need a setup to allow users to configure "auto-sharing of completed files" in the GUI, and then I need to write the core logic to make this possible, which is not trivial given the way the file can be moved around... and given the fact completed files have their downloading trailer stripped!
