The NLS stuff looks completely broken to me and seems to require some
overhaul.

That's not really possible because the files are generated and there
isn't really any way to fix the generation. We certainly don't want to
fix the generated sources manually each time. Thus, I've simply replaced
the % character with percent respectively percentage.
