I missed that because I've disabled the toolbar. The toolbar was
pretty pointless anyway so I've simply removed (actually just hidden)
it.

There's no automagic and the manual way to assign them is pretty
time intensive and error-prone. In the worst case you can still
accelerate to the next best item and use tab to jump to the final
destination.
