Frame number three lists a NULL pointer in the back trace. It could be due to optimization... However, I have seen this same sort of things many times. It is much more common for me when operating as an ULTRA node. My system is rather slow with limited resources. AMD k6/2-300 with 128MB. However, I have a DSL connection with good data rates. The frame 1 was usually g_xxxmalloc, sometime g_logxxx. I was going to instrument with Purify/Valingrind. However, I switched from using KDE to twm and I haven't encountered the problem as much. Currently, I haven't been running as an ULTRA node due to the netfilter problem. I also wondered if the problem had been fixed. I am sure that Christian, etc would like to know I am not the only trouble maker ;-).
