I've made sources more doxygen-nized except g2 related codes, mainly
these're
Replaced 'Return' in the comment with '@return'.
Replaced 'NB:', 'TODO', 'FIXME' in the comment with '@note',
'@todo', '@warning'.
Moved short description at original place to doxygen's initial
part, adding short description if there's only detailed description
and I could understand what it is.
I think, the most change has done against Hans and Michaels' codes,
these modifying requires to be checked by them.
Also as for '<', I've quoted them by using double quotations, and you
can see 'Needs short description here.' or 'no document.' at some places,
these should be re-written by the author if possible.
