This error did not occur in 0.96b? Can you show me what lies around lines 30-35 in your libintl.h to see why the compiler chokes on "const". Surely, there must be a way to safely include locale.h on your system. I don't have access to a Solaris platform, so I need your assistance to fix this problem portably.
