I've added a small modification so that this HELO is automagically
sent now, so you don't have to type this manually and you'll see an
immediate greeting when connecting. Of course that means, you can't
(a)buse --shell for HTTP anymore but that was just an unintended
gimmick anyway. If anyone needs it, I can easily add another option to
access the socket without sending a HELO.
