I have fixed it, kinda sorta. Seems that everytime that gtk-gnutella
exits, it scrambles the window_coords line. I got the parameters close to
what I want and then made the file non writable. This is what gtk-gnutella
was writing to the file even though I just killed the process without
touching the window. And everytime I would kill it there were different
paramaters.

window_coords = 753,4294966951,842,715
