What is the libgnomecanvas license?
IIRC, GNOME is GPL, vs. the LGPL of GTK.
(I tried to check the license from the gnome.org site, but there were
lots of references to "free" software and FSF links, but no license info
immediately available)
It's not just size that keeps everyone from using the GNOME libs.
