Hello. I have been trying to compile a gtk program staticly but have failed every time. The linking failes with the message "ld: cannot find -lgtk-x11-2.0".
I am using GTK2 and have tried static compilation on two different systems, redhat 7.1 and rootlinux 1.2 and with different applications. Is this a common problem ? anyone knows how to solve it ?
