libglade

Hi all,
    I've been grepping the web for a while now and cant seem to find the
right version of libglade, can someone please point me to:

    - The version number of libglade which is compatible with XML files
      generated by glade-2.6 (using gtk+-2.4)
    - Where I can download the source
