Just copy this libpng.pc into /usr/lib/pkgconfig

as both:

libpng.pc
AND
libpng12.pc

I just diffed them on my system and they're the same.  Don't see why they wouldn't be for you.

And make sure they aren't capitolized like the ones you attached.
