Find a file named glib-mkenums where you have GTK installed (usually C:/GTK/bin/glib-mkenums in Windows, /usr/bin/glib-mkenums in Linux) and list it (it's a text file - a perl script). Search for ENUMPREFIX, and if glib-mkenums does not have that then you need to install a newer gtk / dek-dev.
