one can fix the GtkToolbar-internal-padding: 0 on a TOOLBAR .......... is I have trouble placing a window below a TOOLBUTTON ......in GTK 3......... .........I when change the theme in GNOME 3 .... the space in the TOOLBAR also changes .....
