[gtk-list] Run-time adding of notebook pages?

Hello all,

    I was wondering if anybody has succeeded in adding pages
to the notebook at run time.
    If so, what is the easiest way to go about it?
    If not, then I guess I'll just create a set number of pages and make
them invisible.
    Appreciate any comments.
