While running /usr/src/gtk+-1.2.4/configure to
install gtk+-1.2.4 I get the message
"checking for GLIB - version >= 1.2.4 ... no
configure: error:
***GLIB 1.2.4 or better is required "
But I did install glib-1.2.4, did ldconfig,
/lib is in /etc/ld.so.conf, and
usr/local/bin/glib-config --version returns:
"1.2.4"
I'm running Debian 1.2
any help appreciated
