Hello everybody...
Actually, we can see in gtktooltips files (*.h and *.c)
that we can changeforeground and background colors fo the
tooltips. Unfortunalty, these colors are not used in source
code because default colors in gtkstyle are implemented.
So, I have modified gtktooltips.c to use background and
foreground colors without definitily modifie default colors
of gtkstyle.
New file is joined...
