Just tried to rebuild latest GTK for OS X using jhbuild. I am using OSX 10.7.5, XCode 4.3.3, building modulesets-stable version of GTK 2.x 32-bit (I've downloaded latest gtk-osx-build-setup.sh from GitHub).

Either set CMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT to a valid SDK or set CMAKE_OSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET to empty.
