Hmm actually it looks like it doesn't work.
The first two Methods who i start in Publication.Create() is:

GetConfig.LoadXmlData();
Console.WriteLine("GerConfig.LoadXMLData success");
GetConfig.PrepareTargetdir(PlaceOfAction, DocType, PrivateArticlesDir,
PrivateBooksDir, BusinessArticlesDir, BusinessBooksDir);
Console.WriteLine("GetConfig.PrepareTargetdir success");

So i can see in the console what code are passed. But it looks like it
doesn't do anything after clicking on the OK button.
