I already installed Mono, which comes with Gtk# bundled.

use Glade as forms designer. Take a look at videos.
I was hoping to avoid using Glade. Is there no way to plug make the
widgets work with VS directly? It seems like a very poor limitation,
when there is supposed to be an interface for plugging in 3rd party
widgets/controls.
