A few days ago I've been asking about problems with
Pixbuf.LoadFromResource on Windows. Unfortunately no one answered...
Anyway, I've done some testing and here's what turned out.
I have two things installed: Mono 1.1.15 with the GtkDemo files and Gtk#
packages also containing the GtkDemo. And now the funny part: DemoPixbuf
installed by Mono runs fine, DemoPixbuf installed by Gtk# goes tits up
exactly the same way as my application ("Unrecognized image file
format"). Seems like my Gtk# or Gtk is misconfigured. Where can I
configure it? What can I do to get it running?
