I used http://bzr.medsphere.com/~cody/installers/gtksharp-sdk-2.12.3-1.msi this installer and it works excellent for me - the GTK assemblies are installed in the GAC, my apps build and run. The version of GTK# is 2.12.3-1, a little older than 2.12.5, but for me it is completely sufficient.
