According to the launchapd link that bug was fixed in Gtk+ version 2.13.6. You will either have to a) replace the Gtk+ 2.12 installation shipped with the Gtk# installer with a recent 2.14 version or b) compile Gtk# 2.14 SVN using a Cygwin emulation environment(not easy; see http://www.mono-project.com/Compiling_Mono)
