Even after browsing the various materials about GTK# online, I have found it useful to read the two GTK# chapters in the book "Mono: A Developer's Notebook".
And I got this tip my lurking in IRC channels like #mono and #gtk+ and #gtk# on irc.gnome.org. Although the #gtk# channel is kind of empty.
