I am attempting to build monodevelop , which depends on mono.addins, which
then depends on gtk#. When i attempt to build it it tells me i have to use
some bootstrap thing. However, i can only see 2 bootstrap files, insane
bootstrap and generic bootstrap. Generic tells me to use 'bootstrap', insane
builds but then mono.addins cant find gtk#. So, where is this bootstrap
file?
