I've been working on that on and off in last few weeks. Currently git master builds on Windows, at least on my machine... I've been able to produce an installer, but I've haven't committed that part yet, I still need to do some tests. Hopefully I'll be done soon, and then I plan to make a new 2.99.x release with Windows binaries.
