The first few lines of the stack trace of the error is:
Unhandled Exception: System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or
write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is
corrupt.
at Gtk.Object.gtk_object_destroy(IntPtr raw)
at Gtk.Object.Destroy()
at Gtk.Widget.Destroy()
The error occurs after attempting to destroy a Gtk.FileChooserDialog.
