Attached is a patch for GHC-7.3 compatibility:* removed dependency on the haskell98 package (see http://haskell.1045720.n5.nabble.com/GHC-and-Haskell-98-td4498975.html) * removed INLINE pragmas that GHC was ignoring anyway (see http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/ticket/5084)
* add -XDatatypeContexts for the modules that were using it
