For everyone's amusement, a progress report of sorts - my first gtkglext takeover request was rejected because "The project description you submitted was deemed inadequate for purpose of project approval by the member of the SourceForge team who reviewed your project registration."
That's good for a few chuckles, since it's the same project description gtkglext has had for years ;) Anyway, I've added more clarification and resubmitted, this time I should have an answer sooner, now that I know where to look ...
