I favor this.  I think it's the Right Thing, regardless of whether
GtkGLExt ultimately gets folded into GTK+ proper and regardless of
licensing issues.  I don't see that GtkGLExt can do this job
significantly better (for GTK+ apps) than GLee/GLEW.
