The guy who's taken charge of maintaining the Windows binaries has made gtkmm binaries in the past: http://www.tarnyko.net/en/?q=node/23 Maybe you should reach out to him, he probably just needs commit access to gtkmm.org > However, maybe, like GTK+, we don't want an actual installer anymore.
