Jon,

I think the bike looks Fantastic with the Krausers on and still very cool
when they come off. The fact that the Krausers are Original Equipment and
link to pre-defined fixing points built into the bike mean that disruption
to the bike both visually and physically is minimized both on and off. 

I think a lot of thought went into the pannier kit. The Hex keys in the GTS
tool kit are the correct sizes needed to fit the fixing kit!. Someone really
thought this bike through and the more I learn about it the more amazed I
am.
