Doubtful. Try installing the pivot bolt in the frame, without the swingarm, 
torque it to spec, and see if it wiggles. At the torque the bolt requires, It 
is highly unlikely you could generate the force necessary to overcome the 
friction of the nut against the frame. It is possible that while riding, a 
sharp jolt could move it, but, it is not going to readily move around. I did 
have to replace that bolt due to excessive clearance between the sleeve that 
is the inner race for the swing arm bearings and the swing arm pivot 
axle(bolt).  One additional note, we also machined down an extra set of 
washers that are inside the seals at the end of the S.A. pivots to take up 
some excessive side to side clearance. Hope this helps.
