Surfactants (wetters) are one of the ingredients that have been removed
from over-the-counter antifreezes due to environmental concerns (this can
cause serious problems in diesels!!).  Water Wetter may improve everyone's
cooling capabilities, even if you already use antifreeze, but please don't
use it if you're leaking.
