I have to say that Phil's thinking process is very good. He is correct
about the way these things work. Funny thing about law or legal issues.
Having something be illegal or legal has nothing to do with it being
right or wrong, although, that was the original intent of having laws.
It may not make sense, but thats the way it is. Go figure...
Nonetheless, we have an avenue to follow to get satisfaction. I, for
one, am writing to the NHTSA first thing in the am! Nothing ventured,
nothing gained.
