I had another enjoyable conversation with Linda Boling at Lands' End today.
We are ready to rock and roll with placing orders (in fact Chris Caputo is
our first order entered) Linda does not yet have a direct e-mail address
(so we've included her "cube neighbor" address)
Please order your clothing from Linda via this e-mail address. Our group
logo number is 9931816. Linda has very kindly indicate she will receive the
orders, tabulate the minimum order quantities and contact each rider to
confirm the orders. When you place an order please include your ship to:
Name
Address
City Province/State, Postal or Zip Code
Phone number
e-mail address
credit card information (optional Linda can get this info from a quick phone
call as well)
Two logo's are available:
93 GTS (Red Bike, Blue "GTS" with Black "Touring Society")
94 GTS (Blue Bike, Red "GTS" with Black "Touring Society")
Catalog Items:
You can order most items from the consumer or corporate catalogs. The model
numbers might be different, but most of the items can be ordered through
Linda. If an item just can't have the logo applied she will contact you
personally (I'd also recommend Linda also CC the GTS list so we learn what
and what not to order)
Linda is being CC's on this e-mail so that she can also get the GTS mailing
address. Mike Weaver (list manager) can Linda post a message to the group
without being a member of the list (List proc access for a non-registered
member?) If so great, if not we obviously need to "allow" her to post
order messages to us. Occasionally Linda will send a total tally of order
items pending. She will also indicate the minimum number of items that need
to be added in order to release the production run.

fabulous support during this process (and a heap of patience too!)
