Instead of just tying the crankase breather haphazard somewhere 
to the frame, you should attach one of those little porous stone 
filters to the end of it. You can get these at aquarium stores and 
also auto supply stores.
This breather tube not only exhales but can inhale as well so you 
want the end filtered somehow.
The porous stone will allow air flow as well as absorb any oil vapors 
spewed out by the engine.
Simply replace the stone filter when you clean your K&Ns
